How to Play — The Spirit & Rules of Food Quest
Food Quest is designed to be flexible, friendly, and fun. Parents can play it with one child, a small group, or the whole family — and there's no “right” or “wrong” way to play.
While players can earn points for answering questions, the heart of Food Quest isn’t about winning. It’s about sparking conversations, gathering information, building confidence, and helping kids explore food in a calm, playful way.
Basic Flow
Choose a card from your child’s level or shuffle all the cards together and enjoy them in random order making the game more challenging.
Each card includes:a playful multiple-choice question
a mini challenge question
a fun food fact
Invite your child to answer in their own time.
Points can be awarded for correct answers if you want — and each level has its own point value — but points are completely optional.Use the mini challenge to open gentle conversation.
This is where the real magic happens: curiosity, sharing, and connection.Read the fun fact together.
